At PRO SOL, we respect every customer's decision regarding their hosting and domain services. If you choose to transfer your services to another company, certain transfer and technical service charges will apply.

Important: Domain transfers and data migrations require technical processing, verification, security checks, and coordination with the relevant service providers. Please allow sufficient time for the complete transfer process.

If you want to transfer your domain to another hosting or domain company, a transfer processing fee will apply for each domain.

If you require your website files, databases, emails, backups or other data to be safely transferred to another provider, professional developer charges apply.

A fee of PKR 3,500 will be charged for each domain requested for transfer.
Domain transfer processing may take 15 days or longer.
Transfer timelines can vary according to registrar verification, authorization procedures and international domain regulations.
If you require your website or hosting data to be securely transferred to another server or provider, a developer service charge of PKR 30,000 will apply.
Data migration may include website files, databases, email data, backups and other relevant website components, depending on the requirements of the migration.
Customers are advised to initiate the transfer process well before their service or domain expiry date.

Why Can the Transfer Take Time?

Domain transfers are not always completed instantly. They may involve domain registrar authorization, verification, security procedures, transfer approvals and other requirements established under applicable international domain regulations.

For this reason, PRO SOL cannot guarantee an exact completion date for a domain transfer. In some cases, the process may take 15 days or longer.

For website data migration, our technical team must carefully prepare, copy, verify and configure the required files and databases to help ensure that your data is transferred safely and correctly.
